Unfortunately mum is still in bed being very ill so this entry is being written by number Lucy and Oliver. Since mum’s day has mostly just been filled with coughing and sputtering we’ll just fill you in on what we’ve been up to.
Oliver’s day started with him going on a run around the library garden, followed by doing homework and being helpful on the farm with dad. He drove dad’s car for a while and even operated a digger.
I also did some driving today. I was able to successfully travel home despite being ill, tired and having not driven in a while. The car is still in one piece despite some particularly scary moments on the motorway when I had to blow my nose or sneeze. I’m not really supposed to be home, but I decided to skive the last few days and miss Mark Reading and the Passiontide service because I wasn’t feeling well and because they can’t stop me from leaving now that I’m an adult who can drive.
It’s finally the Easter holidays and we’re all back home again. We plan to have a very busy holiday filled with revising for Common Entrance and A-level exams.
I think that’s all from us, sorry we don’t have any pictures.
